this year I've worked as a behavior technician for children on the autism spectrum! It's basically one on one therapy sessions with adorable kids every day. I have four kids that i see regularly and then I can sub in with different kids from time to time. While it is with children, it gives a lot of practice with one on one care and we spend a lot of time interacting with the family as a whole to ensure the best possible treatment for each kid. I know that there is a great need for this work so I'm pretty sure you could find a similar job pretty much anywhere with only a bachelors degree

Yeah I agree, I think it becomes more likely later in the application process when certain really qualified applicants have tons of interview offers and they simply can't make it to all of the schools. Crossing my fingers for you though!!

You might be waitlisted for interviews. I know they gave people until Friday to submit their preferences so they might not want to reject everyone before then
