I had a short email exchange with a professor I was interested in working with over the summer (asking questions about research in my field etc), but that's the extent of my contact with Penn!

Received some really warm and upbeat emails today from SMU, and from Loyola about the likelihood of movement on the waitlist in the next couple of months. It’s really a nice feeling to hear positive things at all during this process!

I desperately want to hear back from my last few schools so I can start making decisions already. I feel like there's just a huge number of impending life choices waiting to crash down on my shoulders. Anxiety does not sleep and, apparently, neither do I.
