    thanks for your input. I really don't know what to expect, I'm not really expecting anything haha. Worst case, they are not accepting students this year and she can refer me to other faculty. I'm happy that one of the other profs I'm applying to actually supervised their MA/PhD. So all around, it's a positive thing that I'm getting an interview three years later and this is my FIRST one so definitely pretty nervous.....

    I believe it's informal, since they asked if I wanted to have an interview before the applications were due.

    Does anyone know when we will typically hear back from schools? Specifically from York, OISE, UTSC, Guelph, Waterloo and McMaster? I have an interview next week with a prof over Zoom from Mac but I'm not even sure if she is accepting students, as her name was taken off the list of profs who are accepting. Thoughts??

    I'm applying to OISE, York, McMaster, Guelph, Ryerson, Waterloo, and UTSC! I'm also applying to the MSW program at UofT.

    So unfortunate and upsetting... I wish there were more spots in these programs! This is my THIRD year applying and I'm really hoping this is my year. I was able to acquire more great research and clinical experiences and got a publication as well. My GRE scores were awful too so I'm happy about them not being looked at. But if there is this much of a significant increase in # of applicants, will that all really matter...? Thankfully I also have applied to MSW programs and an experimental psych program because this year will definitely be my last time applying!

    Does anyone know the Faculty of York, Ryerson, and Guelph? I'm not sure if I put it in correctly on CGS-M. I just put "Faculty of Graduate Studies", is that right??

    HELP! I'm currently trying to indicate my 3 Fields of Study in the "Activity Details" section of my CGS-M application. For some reason, when I click the drop down menu option nothing appears and it's also not letting me type anything in. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doing something wrong??

    I guess no one knows when we'll receive final decisions because of COVID? I'm pretty sure I'm not getting any acceptances this year, but I guess there will be no one to call at the grad office to annoy every day! lol

    Could the person who posted on the results page about OISE SCCP please share the 2 POIs that contacted you? No one has heard anything yet here and it would be greatly appreciated!

    This is my second year applying to their SCCP program. Mine said "under review" last year until I got rejected at the end of March. They typically do their interviews end of Jan/Feb so if we haven't heard anything by now, I think it might be the case we'll get rejections later on next month. Their department is not transparent at all during the process.

    They generally do. Last year, one of my friend’s POI interviewed her end of Jan. She was waitlisted and then accepted in March. Another friend, however, was waitlisted without ever being interviewed but then never got accepted. I think it depends on the prof!
