    Hey guys! I really know nothing about what a psychotherapist job entails. I imagine it to be similar to a clinical psychologist in many ways but was wondering what some key differences are? It’s odd this has never been brought to my attention, I don’t know anyone who is a psychotherapist or who wanted to go to school to become one. Any info would be great ?

    This isn’t true for the CD stream at York. I called to ask today and they said that they just started to review applications and we should hear by mid-February.

    Mine still says under review and I don't know of anyone who has been accepted. The office of the registrar and department won't even tell me if they've sent out acceptances!

    Hey everyone! Thought I'd join this thread. I'm currently a UofT student in my last year of psychology undergrad. I have extensive research experience and have worked with children in a variety of settings! I applied to the RIT stream... I had my interview on January 26th but have not head back since. Hopefully I hear back sometime soon!!!

    Hey everyone! I thought I would finally join the conversation here, as I've been lurking these threads for months I'm currently in my last year of undergrad at UofT doing my honours thesis and I have applied to SCCP at OISE, York (I've been rejected), and Ryerson. I've also applied to the MA of child study and education at OISE (teaching program) and MSW at UofT. I honestly won't be surprised if I don't get in anywhere my first year applying. I was wondering if anyone has heard of Adler University in Toronto? Apparently you can get your masters in psych and it prepares you to be registered with the college of psychologists of Ontario. The only downfall is, though, the tuition is almost $50k for the two years and the classes are only on the weekends...
