Expand I'm international and got my master degree in US. Just checked my UNC application status, it's still submitted. BTW, I got an email to require more information from UNC Jan 7th. They asked me to introduce myself, which led to a few follow up questions, and to describe what I wanted to do in the future. Then I had plenty of time to ask questions of my own. It was very pleasant and casual. All fairly standard and in line with what I'd read it would be like ahead of time. Hope this helps anyone preparing for interviews!
