Sorry to hear that Vyndian. I'm in the same boat - trying to be grateful about the options I do have and not beat myself up about the ones that didn't work out (incidentally, also all the name brand ones). 

You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you might find, you get what you neeed...

Thanks! Unfortunately I have not heard anything from SES. And I can no longer view my application either. I didnt know you applied to SES-- have you heard anything? I saw one interview on the results page

Hello, it seems that there is nothing about INSEAD just yet. No news on about my area.

Probably a bit sad and I feel left out and I hope that I could get the news soon. :((

Hi, I just got a reply from INSEAD admission officer telling me that the Marketing area is currently reviewing applications. They will group applications and continue to evaluate them until they offer and fill their PhD position allocation. It is a cycle, so they will repeat the process by groups until they find two candidates to fill the spots until the end of March. I guess this also happens in your area since the admission officer is not area specific. Cheer up! Just relax yourself and wait for the update optimistically cuz everything is uncertain and thus possible!

I’d be stunned if it were real considering that U NC said to me that it’ll be a couple weeks before they have an inter-department meeting.

I've been interviewing with Boston College this week. How about you? So far everyone seems very nice. I'd assume that if you got invited to interview with LBS you'd also get invited to interview at Boston College, but I guess I really have no idea. I applied to the former but haven't yet heard from them, unfortunately.

EDIT: Curious if anyone knows much about the reputation of Boston College, also. I chose to apply there because of the fit of the faculty and because I thought I needed one school that was (relatively) less competitive to get into compared to others I was targeting. But I didn't have a ton of contextual information before applying.

Just got a rejection from Stanford micro OB. Oh well! That one was a huge reach for me so I definitely expected it.
