I'm only hurt because it was one of the few schools where I feel like I would have been a perfect fit, oh well. RumHaven Posted March 15, 2017 Share Posted March 15, 2017 From what I saw looking at the MA for a few minutes, it's quite light on the philosophy (only one course taught through the phil department is on the curriculum) and heavy on the tuition. It seems somewhat tactless to me use a rejection email to advertise a program like this, especially since they make it seem as if they've done it because they think you are a good fit, when in fact they send it to everyone it seems. Yeah I am mostly submitting just for the lulz at this point (since it's free and doesn't require any further steps), and also just to see if I might get the scholarship they mentioned. They said it is possible (though very unlikely) they might reevaluate these limbo apps if they go all the way through the waitlist.
