    This is exactly how I feel too! I cannot deal with the red lines that pop up from typing mistakes so it drives me crazy to type notes because then I get behind correcting the errors. I have always felt like hand writing notes has helped me pay more attention and focus in class. If I'm on my computer I'm so tempted to check Pinterest/Facebook whatever and get distracted way too easily. I'll probably put each class into a small binder, and then to study for exams I'll type my notes into a google doc to create a study guide and that way they're on my computer too in case anything would happen to my binders.

    I also received an offer from ISU just this evening! I am likely turning it down to attend St. Mary's, but am sleeping on the decision tonight! Hope this helps someone out as well

    I actually got off of 2 lists as of tonight, St. Mary's College and Indiana State!!

    I just got ACCEPTED to one of my top 2 schools after being waitlisted there back in March! I honestly am in so much shock and so happy!! I hope this provides some hope to others because I seriously thought "oh that won't happen to me I would never get off of a waitlist" and I did! Sending so many thoughts and good vibes to everyone still waiting and wishing for the best for all of you in this position!

    Yes I've emailed both schools about my strong interest in them per advice from this thread! The ranked waitlist was just posted yesterday, so I guess it could change by the end of the week! Thanks for the encouragement

    I'm waiting to hear from 2 waitlists from schools I would really love to go to and am hoping so hard for some good news. I do not know my position on one of them, but am 9/20 on the other so that doesn't seem super promising Hoping for good news for everyone in the waitlist waiting game!!

    Did everyone get the email this morning that they anticipate making offers from the waitlist "within the next week or so"? I thought it sounded promising, maybe we will even hear before the end of this week! Best of luck to you all

    I guess I am on the waitlist if I had to fill out the survey link? I emailed them so ask. So confusing for there to be two different lists!

    I think it's the same thing and they use the terms interchangeably? They used both to me in my email. I filled out the survey so they must get the responses from that and then post the list, so sometime after the 30th I'm guessing, but by the 8th it says.

    I heard, and am almost on the alternate list which I'm kind of surprised about Congrats to anyone accepted, let us know if you're gonna be attending ISU!

    Hi, I was accepted as well and love these answers! My question is what classes are you taking now and what do you have scheduled for Fall 2018? DO you generally like the classes so far? Biggest pros of the program in your opinion? Also (feel free to PM about this) do you live in the "medical center area"? I have been to SA many times despite being out of state, my boyfriend went to grad school at UIW and I also have close family friends in the area! I am somewhat familiar with the city layout but would love apartment/area recs on where to live for convenience to school!

    Like you didn't complete the CSDCAS portion and were still placed on the alternate list? Ahh I hope I hear back today!

    Ugh I really hope we hear this week and not into April! I didn't know about their undergrad thing until after I applied, so I am bummed about that but maybe we both still have a chance! I'll keep you posted if I hear anything

    I have a friend who called the department last week, and they told her we should hear by the end of the week! That was last week and it seems no one has heard anything! I hope we all hear this week!!

    Waiting on: Ball State- my friend called them last Tuesday to ask and they told her we would hear "the end of March" sooo hopefully this week since it's the last week in March? Indiana State- same friend called last Tuesday and they said we should know by the end of the week. This was last week and haven't gotten anything. Francis Marion University- Due date was March 1st so I'm going to wait until the first week of April to call if I haven't heard! Getting impatient over here

    Hi everyone! So I've been denied to 3 schools and waitlisted to one. I applied to 10 total, so waiting to hear from 6 more. I just got an email from UTSA (UT Health at San Antonio) asking me to fill out a doodle poll for dates I'm available for a campus visit. Did anyone else apply to UTSA and know what this means? Is it an interview? I am from out of state so I would need time to book a flight and am kind of nervous since the doodle poll email wasn't specific at all!
