Columbia and Yale are pretty unpredictable. I'd bet we hear in the next week but they both have a tendency to report late and unpredictably.
As far as their masters programs holding up decisions, I kinda doubt it. Columbia typically accepts, waitlists, rejects outright or tells people they've been rejected from the PhD but are being considered for the MA. A few people have previously reported that their rejection came with an MA acceptance, but it seems much more common to be told you're just being considered with the general MA applicants. I haven't seen Yale put people up for a masters, but to be fair, their application portal says PhD/Master's application, so maybe that's part of the delay.
I just think they're taking their time. Only strange thing will be campus visit days. I'd imagine they'll be in late March, but that's not very long to make arrangements, so it's a bit weird.

Agreed—I’m sure my compulsive email refreshment anxiety is not healthy. 

Just called Georgetown and they've told me that decisions will be out by the end of the month.

I will go to BU. I love their program a lot, and it is the best fit possible. I love the department and professors and feel very connected even though I did not meet most of the professors. They have very good placement rate and also really close to my current home.

Who else is sitting around wondering what's going on at Yale and Columbia?

I've been reporting them as spam as they are posted. I haven't looked back through to see if they've been deleted over time. 

I think we would be. They came out Feb 19th last year, on Feb 20th in 2017, and on Feb 15th in 2016. I think it's still likely they'll be out by the end of the week. The weather's not terrible and I'd be surprised if things weren't back to normal there by tomorrow.

Really hoping Columbia releases decisions soon..

in case anybody is interested: i just called up northwestern and the graduate program coordinator told me that they were still waiting to send out an entire second wave of decisions over the next two weeks so i guess the wait may still be a little while longer 

I don’t know much about Vanderbilt, but Notre Dame definitely has a very strong reputation for Latin America

I don’t have an answer for you but it’s comforting that others share my dilemma.  I ignored one and feel okay about it. 

How can we get people to stop posting forum comments on the survey? There are sometimes 3 "results" that are just communications in between actual results the survey was meant for. It's making it harder for posterity to understand the results
