Hello all, I just received an email informing me to make contact to schedule an interview. Does everyone get an interview or is it because they aren’t 100% sure they want me? Thank you for any and all input!

I want to work for the Department of Defense. There is no safety net for veterans and families after active duty for mental health. I already have several plans I want to introduce.

Don’t quote me on it, but I’m pretty sure you can get your loan forgiven by going active duty. I’m positive it counts for officer as well as enlisted.

My professor said when she moved to NY from FL, she had to include her syllabus from her PhD Clinical Psychology program, along with everything else to get licensed up there.

I was enlisted in the Air Force for ten years. I would love to go back in as an officer, but I doubt they will with my back injury. That’s awesome you want to do that, good luck!

Hopefully in the next few weeks. BU is my top choice, I want to come back home to MA. What are you wanting to do? I want the clinical route with military and families/adult mental health.

Are you doing the online or on-campus program? I applied to the online program for Fall, I want to do the military track as well. I'm a veteran and thought it would be helpful.

I did, in time for priority deadline. This wait is killing me. Traditional track, not advanced standing.

I’d apply to any school you want. My psychology professor said the letter of recommendation weighs heavy on admission to this program. So don’t sell yourself short. Let me worry for us all, lol.

Hello all, Nervous wreck here. I applied to Boston University, Boston College, Simmons University, University of Michigan, and University of Southern California. I want to do the clinical mental health route with a focus on military and family members. I don’t have any research or internship experience. This is sort of a career change for me. I was law enforcement in the Air Force for ten years and a year in St Pete, Florida. Due to injuries from the military, I can’t do it anymore. I applied prior to the priority deadline. I hope everyone gets accepted to the school they want.
