Anyone else super unnerved by the silence from Upenn? Is someone brave enough to call?

Could you specify what school you heard from? Penn or Brown?

Ah, ok--I completely misunderstood. I thought you just got a rejection letter today/recently that was dated from last year (like they didn't change the date in the template). Fingers crossed you're getting better news this cycle

Someone on another forum contacted Brown and got a pretty generic message stating that no decisions have been sent, but will be sent out in the next few weeks. "Gee, thanks" was my sentiment upon reading that post.

Well, someone posted that they got a phone call from Penn. Anyone here? Seeing as Penn is closed today, I wonder about this development. Did the people Penn use their time off to call candidates? I guess that's believable. Did someone see a new thread about Penn and conveniently a phone call from Penn took place that same day? Possible. Did someone maybe see it and decide to mess with us, I certainly hope not.

Thanks, @WildeThing! The acceptance letter that I was emailed is dated 18 February though, so who knows what's happening. I hope you'll hear from them soon though ?
