did your offer come with a "statement of financial means"? If it did, it is likely that no scholarship or grant will be offered.

Hi, I just got an offer today, MPP with full scholarship.

As I read, the scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly allowance and setting fee but not accommodation. The hostel rental price recommended in the website is around 1,000 SG dollars per month which is quite high (compared with allowance offered).

Anyone can recommend where we can find cheaper residences? Thanks!!

Hi, if you are looking for residence outside campus, you can try Singapore's main property directory: https://www.propertyguru.com.sg/ . You can filter by price and district accordingly.

There are also co-living companies which provide fully-furnished rentals such as https://cove.sg/ , https://www.hmlet.com/ and https://coliwoo.com/ .

I believe we can register to stay in the on-campus hostel with much more reasonable price. That's what I'm planning to do
