just checked on my dalhousie web portal thing and it changed to the below.  can i assume that i've been accepted?  no e-mails or letters received - trying to not get too excited.

Definitely possible. I was accepted last year with no research experience besides two small undergraduate research projects I was required to do for my research courses.

A few weeks ago I was admitted to the Laurier 2 year MSW ? I am so excited.

I just got off  the  U of T waitlist today!!!  Feel super excited and I literally cried for a hour ! I had been rejected by the university THREE TIMES and I finally made it into this year!!

Aww, how absolutely incredible that you're fulfilling such a dream goal – will miss getting to know you, but so happy for you!! To us crossing paths in the future ??!

I got off the waitlist at U of T yesterday afternoon, too! It's a miracle. Is anyone also deciding between York and U of T? I'm having a lot of trouble deciding, especially with York's funding. If I'm interested in doing macro type social work - does anyone have any opinions on which program would be best?

Accepted off the waitlist for Laurier’s 2 year program!  

I got off the waitlist for Laurier’s 2-year MSW program :D. 

Got my conditional acceptance to UFV today! They updated the application portal this am. I am currently in my BSW still, but I finished this semester. I was also waitlisted for the 1 year clinical in Calgary last week.

Congratulations again! I also received my official acceptance package from U of T yesterday. Now we can finally fully relax! After I got "invited" on ACORN, I was still frequently checking ACORN to make sure that the invited wasn't taken away lol Now I can stop doing that
Thank you for sharing the information about scholarship, too. My package also doesn't contain any info about entrance scholarship.
I don't have a facebook account but I'll create one (after I finish my final exams) to just join the group although I probably won't be active on facebook because I don't really enjoy posting my pictures and daily life lol But I would love to connect with you guys!
