So we were told that all interview invites would be out to day for a particular school but there hasn't been a peep on the forum or the results or in my email . I am going slowly insane ..

Os this is just my reading but you asked about interviews and traditional you invite to an interview /requirement weekend so I would be that the email was about interviews not offers of admissions.

Why would you put down deposits for both NYU and Fordham? I can't tell you what to do but if it were me and I was truly hoping for Hunter and thought I had a realistic chance, I would turn down Fordham and hold off answering NYU then when you are close to the deadline ask NYU for an extension. If they don't give it to you then you have other considerations. You could put down a deposit then ask for a release due to financial need if you get an acceptance to Hunter, and if you don't it preserves you chance to attend grad school. Good Luck !!!

Somehow knowing we should know by tomorrow makes me more nervous. I know my chances are not great with around 100 applicants for 4 spots, but hope springs eternal or so they say.

Did you apply for a masters or a PhD out of curiosity? I am sorry but I don't have a answer to your question.

I am praying that the departments are sending these out separately as I am not a Quant applicant and haven't received anything.

I got my first interview invitation today! It is at the school that is at the bottom of my list but I am still so excited as this is the first sign of movement I have gotten.

We are issued lockers where we stow our snow gear during class . Which was necessary yesterday with our almost 3 feet of new snow.

So I broke my phone about a week ago and because of the way it broke none of my contracts were able to transfer. So every call I've been getting in the last week has been a call that I could not identify. So every call I've been getting send me into a mini panic attack.

I would either call or zip off an email to the schools that have you marked incomplete because you're missing your TOEFL. It should be easy enough for them to clear up in the system or relieve your stress about them not being marked. There's no reason stress about something that's easily fixed with a phone call or an email when there's way too much actual stuff to stress about. Do yourself a favor and at least fix that one.

I have a friend who is practicing her Portuguese by chatting over Skype with student in Rio. You might want to look at it's actually learn when you need to really communicate.

Hey, you might have a better chance of a useful response if you post in one of the education threads underneath the menu. I personally I did not apply to George Washington so I can't help you, but there's a higher chance of someone there has who might not be checking this particular board. Wishing you all the luck

Does anyone else get little flutter any time an Ed. program comes up on the results bored followed by a mixture of disappointment ( that it wasn't your program) and relief (that you are not lacking information if it had been yours.)?

The difference in the documents being accepted might be that @Heather1011 your a masters student right? and @nrvsandexcited94 I think is a PhD candidate. So maybe they are focusing on the PhD candidates at the moment as they have to be done with them in time to get the invites out for the interview weekend, which might mean that masters are currently on hold allowing them to update masters file as they are not with the adcom/professors. Just a thought

My favorite part are the eyes at the end contacted to the Dept. and got e-mail back..rejected!!!!! Damnnnng... ㅜ.ㅜ
