Here are the final numbers. 3 PhD acceptances, 2 Masters acceptances, 3 wait lists, 2 rejections, and 3 situations that were out of my control. Overall, not bad ! Anyone else coming to Wayne? Carnage Posted April 7, 2013 Share Posted April 7, 2013 (edited) How did you find that out about Texas A&M? Through this forum. It's unofficial, but i'm sticking with it. I contacted my PI and A&M's Psych department and all they told me was "our application process is over, please take other offers etc etc". iopsych Posted April 9, 2013 Share Posted April 9, 2013 I wondered the same thing! I knew people that held offers to 3-4 schools before making a decision a few days before April 15th. When I applied I got 4 offers total. I never had more than 1 offer in hand. There are people that are waiting on those offers. After a couple of days you should know which of the multiple offers you would choose over the others. Hold on to that while you wait for your top choice and discard all the others. Dr. Craig also informed me I was waitlisted (first cut).. I later emailed for an update and that was when I found out that the April 15th deadline did not apply to waitlisters..
