According to the UCLA psychology department website "Applicants that are invited to an interview event will be notified at least two weeks before the event." I suspect this means that they don't finalize invitations until relatively late.

Expand This is the sort of thing that I hope I will have to worry about In all seriousness, if I do get an interview at UCLA the airfare cost will be a significant hinderance. Fingers crossed that they are like Princeton, where the department comps a large portion of the airfare. artsy16 1

I've heard back from one place so far, they didn't offer reimbursement nor the opportunity to stay with a current student. Luckily I know a few people at the university so I can stay with them. SAH 1
