Unfortunately the email from McMaster said they won't notify waitlisted applicants until April 15th if we are accepted, yet I have to confirm my offer to Toronto on April 14th? I'm in the exact same boat.. So thrilled but also wish we found out sooner about Mac and Western. I have heard of people accepting an offer provisionally and then changing it after being accepted off a wait list, but I feel nervous about the whole thing! I'm not sure where to accept so I figure one of the best factors to consider is tuition. But I swear all the schools make it impossible to find their tuition fees! I know it sounds silly, but if I were to provisionally accept at Toronto and thus remain on the waitlist for the other two, that still counts right? As in, Toronto can't change their mind about me just because it's not a firm acceptance? lol I would never want to jeopardize any chance I have! Like some of you, I really wasn't expecting to get in, let alone have a choice to make so I'm beyond thrilled!! I also didn't expect to have a choice and although I am heavily leaning toward McGill, I haven't made a final decision. McMaster seems like a really great program! Too bad there are no former students to talk to about this since it is the first year. Anyway, likely an opening at McMaster in the next few days for those of you waiting! I found this whole process really difficult but I also find it interesting to judge by admission offers what the different schools seem to value. I got an offer but I'm scared that if I don't get at least a B+ they will take it away. Curious if anyone is in the same boat?
