    And yes, a lot of school leave you on read (?) until about April when they send you an official rejection e-mail/letter. If this application process were a person, I would not want to be dating them haha

    I really miss school too haha. Yes, my masters was funded and I recognize financial accessibility is a huge factor in gaining experience. I'm also Canadian so I'm unsure about other masters programs. Best of luck to you as well!

    This is my third round applying! After the first rejection following my undergrad I decided to complete a masters (neuroscience) for more research experience! Then I got waitlisted last year and pursued more clinical experience by working admin at a psychology clinic. For me it's not a question of if I'll become a clinical psychologist, but how! So I'm definitely a fan of plan B to build up your resume My sincerest good luck wishes to everyone.

    I'm asking for 7 + 1 for funding! I'm sending my referees transcripts, CV, my personal statement(s) and details on each school/potential supervisor to make the process as easy as possible for them. I'm also submitting my applications ASAP in order to give them plenty of time before the deadline.

    For personal statements, I'm interested in suggestions on how much detail to provide about past research projects? My instinct if to briefly describe the purpose and key results and how they relate to the current supervisors work. I am also inclined to describe key skills I learned rather than providing an abstract of the methods per se. Thanks in advance
