Exactly!!! I'm taking my courses online, so I'm not concerned with living situation, but need to find out about my financial aid and whether or not I should start submitting more applications. I'm so tired of waiting. Ahhhh!

Me either. I've never been so excited to check the mail. I keep thinking today is the day. it will be here today. Open the mailbox and nope, not yet. Waited another day and still nothing. I don't really mind waiting, I just don't like being told Oct 1st. And almost two weeks later, we're still waiting. Let me know when you receive anything.

Sorry for so many posts, but I'm curious about my application status. Does anyone know if we can check our app status on the ENMU website? I logged into my account and it only shows a submitted application. I don't see how to check on the status anywhere. Help!!

Day Planners - The only way I can keep everything organized

Everyone seems to use fancy planners! I was just looking for something basic. Thanks for all the recommendations everyone! I'm still deciding what planner I'd like to use. And some of them are pretty expensive! CajunSLP, do you keep the same Erin planner and insert new sheets every year? I really like these planners, but they are somewhat pricey to get a new one every year. Thanks! -

I have not heard anything back from the schools I applied to. I was originally told I would receive letters by October 1st, but I'm still waiting. Supposed to be this week now.

That's such a bummer. If I would have known that, I might not have applied. I know I can't get accepted if I don't apply, but that's just not fair. I was also originally told we would HAVE letters by October 1st and each time I spoke with Sandy, she said they were still working on making decisions. I don't know if she was doing it all alone or not, but it sure seems like it. I agree with future_slp - It's definitely a customer service issue. Not only are they making students wait in anticipation, but we need to know to determine whether or not we need to start working on other applications. Just a small venting there. Sorry guys. I hope we hear something soon....Very soon!!

Whaaat? Sorry to say, but that is dumb. It's a distnace education program. Tennessee residents can apply, but they should not get priority just because they live there. I need an online program and don't live near Tennessee, so I figured I should apply. Plus, I like the program details. Where did you hear this from?

They need to make all the decisions and then mail them out!! Strange that some people are receiving emails and some aren't. Those that have received emails were either accepted or placed on the waiting list. I hope a letter (and no email) doesn't mean that we weren't selected. I'm trying to stay positive! :/

Alright that sounds good! I was hoping to finish it last night but I didnt. Im hoping to have it done today and we can exchange. What programs are you applying to? And Im curious, would you recommend that I still apply to grad programs in sociology although my bachelors degree is in another field?

Yeah I just logged in now to check and it still says pending... Maybe we will still hear something soon? I was told letters were going to be mailed, but it looks like everyone is getting emails instead. :o(
