I can't say for sure, they aren't mentioned in the instructions of the selection process. But I saw posts from last year in the fb group and some people was talking about it. Does anyone know how much weightage the interview has? Or how big is the shortlist? When I was applying, I did not know there would be an interview. I wonder if this is new protocol. I dunno how much weight it carries for the final decision but we do know that only 5% of all candidates were shortlisted and interviewed. We are very lucky. I think this selection procedure may be up to each institution and that's why they don't mention it in the instructions. How much time in advance they contacted you for scheduling the interview?
