It looks as though UofT is notoriously slow (as they appear to be every year?), especially for the maths program. There has *just* been posted a rejection on the results page (whoever this was, hope you're doing well), so it looks like maybe they're rolling out more decisions? Any details would be cool -- online portal says "Under Review" for me, still.

I don't think it will hurt you. On the contrary, from my experience it shows that you are keen -- no one will bring that up against you à la "they really want to come here, hence we don't make them an offer"...
