Also - when did the rejection emails arrive and what subfields are you guys? I'm on the edge of my seatttttttt. I would love to stay in-state since I'm close with my family... If anyone has questions about the program, feel free to PM me. As with most schools, there is a lot of misinformation on this forum and elsewhere about the training and department, especially since a lot of stuff has been overhauled in the past 3-5 years. I hardly ever visit this forum (and my mental health thanks me for it), but am happy to answer private messages. Good luck, and remember, hope dies last! I remember last year I heard back from them later than a lot of other schools, although it was a reject so maybe the timing doesn't mean much. I would also bet that it implies rejection, or on the waitlist for the waitlist based on historic data. Duke and Chicago sent out acceptances a few weeks ago, so if you haven't heard yet it's probably not good news. I haven't been following UCLA so not sure on that.
