Statement of Purpose, Personal History, Diversity

Writing SOPs is hard! Fret with other applicants here. Advice on how to find that 'unique story'.

Please think carefully about posting your full Statement of Purpose here for critique.

Once posted, as with all forums on this site, you have sixty minutes to edit your post. After that, it will STAY here, posted for the world to see. You will not be able to remove it nor edit it and we are not sympathetic to requests to remove posts at a later date.

The reason for this policy has been explained several times, but is mainly to prevent situations where someone makes a post, gets useful feedback and then edits out their original request rendering the entire thread useless. This is not in keeping with the spirit of this site.

As an alternative to posting here, perhaps you can solicit requests and send your SOPs via PM.
