I didnt think you were trying to submit a new story, but you would still be asking them to consider new information. My opinion, one mostly bewildered applicant to another, is that it wouldn't help and could possibly harm you. Btw - if I were to do this process again, I would absolutely make a website for my writing and link to it on my CV. Because ad coms absolutely do Google top contenders/visit their websites, and that's a convenient way to get them to possibly consider new info without actually asking them to consider new info, if you catch my drift -- you could just add the news to your website and hope they see it. I was accepted to Sarah Lawrence, waitlisted at Oregon State, and rejected from WashU and Ohio State so far. Still waiting on Emerson, The New School, University of California Riverside, and University of New Mexico. REALLY hoping to hear from the rest this week. Anyone know how to access the admissions decision? I've been clicking around for ten minutes and can't seem to find it. I'm sure it's a rejection, but it would be helpful to see it in print LOL

lunch Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 Going off previous years, it does seem like Michener's portal notifies people based on their last name, so people whose last names start with A get their portals updated first, and so on. It looks like the last name Ydrl has on their application and my last name both start with the same letter (F), so it's also possible the portal updates are still rolling out, especially given that there isn't an email notification for anyone yet. goodcynara 1

I know a very specific few people were talking about Hollins and I wanted to let those folks know that I've decided to decline my offer there for a few reasons (that I'd be happy to DM about)! but, if you're on the waitlist, look for movement there soon! idk how their waitlist works or if it's ranked but even though it feels wild to be making a choice so permanent my anxiety is soothed a little by the idea that someone else is getting a spot at the school that might be a perfect fit for them. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ catastroph, lunch, largeheartedboy and 1 other 4
