I don't want to be too specific, for obvious reasons.

Very generally- Public opinion, voting patterns across demographics, and political economy.

While we're in the eye of the storm of results, I'm curious to hear everyone's research interests.

Broadly, my interests lie in political psychology... The nature of ideology, prejudice, and the role of emotions in politics.

Also behavior/psychology: Opinion formation/change (esp. "truther" or conspiratorial beliefs), partisanship, prejudice.

My interests lie in the intersection of race, gender, and ethnicity with American politics :)

On the overall topic of research interest - Democratization, political behavior and economic policy choices

research interests: post-soviet space, democratization (and failure of democratization), nation building.

I'm still waiting to hear back from 3 schools and every day that goes by without an answer--one way or another--has been more and more stressed out.

I'm a theory concentration. My area of interest is in the theoretical foundations of modern liberal democracy and the interplay between liberal thought and technology.

I'm waiting on 7 schools! Received a waitlist from Davis and it's been silence from everyone else. Luckily none of my other schools seem to have reported much of anything! Hoping for Georgetown, Notre Dame, and maybe others this week... spooky.

Something might still come today. I have noticed that most notifications seem to come later on in the day.
