As in, gathering work-ex or studying further? I work for a non profit in Mumbai, work ex. Its not International though. I feel this whole focus on grades is unfair as its so hard to get stellar grades in India. It's also hard to gain international exposure when it's all so expensive for students from developing countries. I really hope you get in though, it will give me hope. Also check where the person is from, etc. Sometimes they are also looking for a diversity factor. What is the full profile of this 3.9 scorer? Just curious. My LoR mentions that I was among the top 10% of my class (class strength 60) but I am really doubtful as I was already deferred once. I dunno about the profile, but heres the comment he/she provided- Not sure why my application has been rejected or many of those who applied too.
