If you're like me and have been spending a slightly unhealthy amount of time on this website in the last few weeks (whoops), or you're needing some cheering up, check out this thread for lots of laughs. At my last interview, I wore a blazer but kept it open-- I felt like it would be too formal to wear it closed. Most people were wearing nice pants and a nice top, some with blazers and some without. I think as long as you look professional, you're fine! Hope this helps.

I think it depends how many applications they receive at the same time. So, I had an application that only took a week to verify earlier in the month. But I would think that since they'll have more applications to go through later on in the month, the longer you wait to submit, the longer it will take to be verified.
