Stoney Posted April 14, 2021 Share Posted April 14, 2021 (edited) For all Australian applicants, I just got an email from the DAAD office in Sydney saying that they have been told by the head office in Bonn that the results for the master of all disciplines scholarships will be at least 2 weeks! I think they have already sent out all the invitations, considering they said it was going to take until the first days of April. It's so sad, I thought I had a shot at this... I don't know if giving up on hope can do us any good or even staying hopeful is any better. It would be better to receive a response to just get rid of the anxiety. Unfortunately they will send the rejection letters at the end of the process, not before May or June, and at this point I'm just done trying to think that for some kind of reason they are still going through the pre-selection. This thing is literally driving me nuts and I can't keep checking my inbox every 10 minutes? I really do hope they let us know before the end of April. In the automatic reply I got, they said they make the decision in March and update you 3 weeks after their meeting... Should be any time soon. Good luck with the waiting everyone!
