I go to A&M as an undergrad and I know for sure that they only held interviews for clinical this past weekend. The social department plans to hold it sometime in Feb. I believe, and they have NOT sent out interview invitations yet. Good luck!

Do you know if Developmental has sent out invitations?

While I am not 100% sure, I don't think so. I work in a social lab so I know they are still considering applications. And I know that the interviews this past weekend were only for clinical. Good luck & Gig' em! :)

Did anyone hear from Northwestern Weinberg Arts & Science (clinical phD)?

Feinberg? They sent interview invites last week and rejection emails today. I might have the wrong program though!

Does anybody have information on MIT BCS, UIUC Cognitive Psych, or UC Boulder Psych & Neuro ? I'm getting grim feelings about some of these...

I know someone who was invited to UC Boulder Psych/Neuro. I don't know any other details besides that they sent out invites.

My roommate heard from UMASS Amherst for interviews in February. I am unsure of the rest.

Thank you! Do you possibly know if it was mass email?

Big board now says someone received an invite as recently as yesterday for the weekend of 2/18 - 2/21, so I'll cling to hope for another day or two I think.

Does anyone know if interview invitations are ever posted in a school's online portal, or are they almost exclusively sent via email from a specific professor or extended by phone?

Trying to discern whether the "A decision on your application to the Psychology graduate program has been made. You may view the decision online by logging in.." email is always a bad sign. I've only received one of these emails thus far, and it did NOT bring good news.

Thanks!

Unless your school doesn't interview or it does and you have already interviewed, it is likely to be a rejection.

From my understanding, it was for all areas...my guess is that official rejections will be sent next week or the week after. It is possible that people could turn down interviews or not be able to attend in which case additional people could get invited, so it's not over til it's over :)

Hi,

I sent an email inquiring whether interview invitations had been sent for Clinical and she said "We are in the middle of that process now.  You’ll hear something by mid-next week." There is still hope

Hey, I just realized that some people are just copying and pasting the first list and adding their school to that one, but the idea is to have a cumulative list with all of the schools. So, before you post, scroll up and copy and paste the list that the last person posted, change their school to black and highlight yours in a different color so that people can see what was updated on the list while also being able to review what others have been posting.

Below is the most recent list. The next person to post should copy and paste this one, thanks guys!

I think the compiled list is a good idea, although it is missing a lot of schools posted in the results thread. But now it makes it harder for us to continue to post here to ask questions. They get drowned out by very long posts you have to scroll through.

I agree with Artsy - the thread has become too cluttered since people began posting their own compiled lists. If possible, we need to make a new thread for the compilation list updates (which can just be updated once a week or a couple days a week, instead of every single hour like it is now), and we should keep this specific thread for conversations between members

Maybe a spreadsheet in Google docs would be better (like the funding spreadsheet)?
