    I would cover your bases and talk to your program. I am a SLPA in the state of CA working for a school. I have been asked a lot actually to work with my clients over the summer. I just talked to my boss about it and got the OK from her. It also depends what this parent wants you to do. I don't know if you can legally treat this child without an SLP present.

    I was thinking of a u-haul trailer too but I have a small sedan so I didn't know if that would work. Also, the idea of it being out at night during the travel scares me (like while we sleep in a hotel).

    I may be moving out of state for grad school. This wouldn't just be a 10 hour drive but a jumping across some states for a move. Has any one done it or have researched it? What's the cheapest way to do it? I was researching PODS but it looks like I would be spending around 2,000. Is that average?

    I haven't but my friend has. She also made it known she was a 2nd year applicant reapplying to the program and really wanted it. I am not sure if that had anything to do with it.

    Yeah I've done one. It's pretty relaxed and you actually feed off of each other. You take turns going first so it's fair :]

    I'm waitlisted at Rockburst University. i think we shouldn't really start hearing until after the deadline (April 15th)

    I feel, which I could be wrong, but it's going to be hypothetical questions, so it's like how can you prepare for the big picture? I am studying tonight and will probably look over anatomy because I lack in that area

    I was relieved so I just had to share, because I am sure people are stressing!! I feel like a tour could take up to an hour, right?? plus with the breaks, it doesn't seem like it'll just be a question session for hours. How are you studying?

    Good news. I heard there will most likely be a tour of the campus which means that the interview (grill session) isn't technically 4 hours long.

    Oh I feel you on that one. Hopefully all our schools get back to us in a precise manner.
