I emailed Memorial and they responded with... "Additionally, the department can take anywhere from 2 to 3 months to make a decision on an application after the deadline has passed. Once a decision has been made, you will be notified via email."

If you don't mind me asking, what are your stats like?

I have a 3.85 GPA in health sciences

1 year of research experience

Lots of volunteer work in the community

I personally think my LOI was well written as I had lots of people read it and provide feedback ( professor's  and graduate studies advisors for instance)

Also, for any applicants for waterloo MPH or MHE it sounds like they have sent out majority of acceptances and rejections, so if portal still says "no decision" there is a good chance that means wait list I was told

I was emailing with an admissions coordinator and she said majority of rejections and acceptances have been sent, and no decision is most likely wait list. So still a possibility there is still a few they haven't sent, but it sounds like most firm acceptances and rejections have been posted

Just checked waterloo portal, and was denied admission to MPH, but on wait list Master Health Evaluation

I am sorry to hear that.

Did you email them regarding waitlist or was "waitlist" updated on your quest portal? My mph status still says no decision.

I have applied to University of Toronto MPH epi, Queens, waterloo and western. Still haven't heard back from anyone.

Any international applicant who has heard back from any of these places?

I contacted Queens around two weeks back and they said that they haven't even started reviewing the international applicants yet.

Just got an offer from uoft epi!

Hi

Congratulations on your offer. Could you share you stats?

I am an International applicant (India) applied for UofT Epi.

Our grading system is quite different. My percentage is around 68%. But the problem is, the highest they offer in our education system is only 80%.

so I don't know how my chances will be.

My GRE was 154 in Quants. and IELTS 8.0.

I have 2 years work experience in Clinical Trials.

*Awaiting to hear from UofT epi*

Congrats to those who received an offer! Let me know if you have any questions about the MPH Epidemiology program at U of T. To others who are on the waitlist or haven't heard back yet, best of luck :)

Anyone have any news from SFU recently? Thinking a rejection is coming soon as I haven't heard from them at all.

I don't' wanna be negative but I feel a rejection coming soon too... I emailed them yesterday, no response yet though.

Haven't heard anything either. iirc I was rejected last year around a week after others had received acceptances.

Yesterday was the two-week accept/decline deadline according to another poster here, so maybe we'll hear more about waitlists/rejections soon?

Hopefully we know soon. At this point, a negative response would be less stressful lol

Good luck to you both, sending good vibes your ways! :D

has anyone been accepted to MHE at waterloo and not planing on accepting the offer?

I have 2 weeks to accept MHE offer, I am waiting for mph waterloo and mph epi lakehead before deciding.

Did anybody hear for lakehead epi? My deadline to accept MHE is around April 3rd. Hoping to hear from them sooner.
