I am sure they are making all out efforts and struggling with the mayhem caused by the coronavirus. Despite all the obstacles, if Columbia and Harvard can't meet their deadlines, I can't think of anyone else to do so. Lets hope for the best. The institutions want to protect their yield, and many candidates that would otherwise accept might attempt to defer a year instead because of the pandemic.
