  1. From this year and previous years, it seems there's a tier one and then everyone else.
  2. I actually don't think they can. Another school I'm on the waitlist explicitly told us they can't tell us. They mentioned it's changing constantly(people declining to be on it or people accepting their acceptance, etc) Pacific has a ranked one it seems since there's a tier one and others don't have a ranked one. Haha I've already told Diana it's my top school and asked questions. I hope it did something.
  3. And say what exactly?
  4. Or they don't post on the survey page until a couple of days later. Diana said it should take about a week. Monday to Monday is a full week (I know everyone thought they'd all be last week). and she said should! It seems decisions are going out when Diana has time.
  5. Western Washington's website says they won't start telling people until next Friday.
  6. Waitlisted at 2 places, rejected at a few others! Just really hoping for something less anxiety-inducing!
  7. Yep! I've been trying to figure out what time of day things happen. I'm in EST
  8. I emailed Diana and they said they are letting people know all this week
  9. Sounds like you've still got a decent chance! how did you find out?
  10. You too! I really, really want to go there
  11. I don't know what my application status is. I simply asked when we would find out.
  12. Diana said it would take about a week to notify everyone.
  13. I'm waiting on Pacific U, University of Arizona, ASU, WSU, WWU, u of Montana, Northeastern
  14. Sorry for taking a few days to respond! So they said they would be interviewing for the next week and then all meeting together to go over the apps and stuff. And I think it went pretty well, I honestly have no clue though!
  15. Speech programs aren't typically rolling apps, that's when they review them as they come in. I'm pretty sure NY Medical does but they say it explicitly on their website. They usually look at them all together after the deadline. They would say rolling admissions if they did otherwise.
  16. Yeah, I know that based on the survey page, however, people in the past have reported things being said on Saturday's. I don't know how common that is or if they were really just on Friday's!
  17. Do decisions get sent out over weekends ever?
  18. I'm in Indianapolis now. I went to UofA and graduated in May. My mom lives here and I found a job here. I'm from Phoenix originally. And lots of places! Where do you work? You can private message me as well!
  19. Both of those schools, please!
  20. I didn't have to take out loans or anything for undergrad so this is coming from a place of ignorance (I know that's lucky and stuff), but as someone who won't have a ton saved by the time grad school begins, is it possible to go to school and live and pay tuition completely off loans? There's a limit to the ones with low(er) interest right? And what kind of resources do you use to figure this all out? I'm assuming the school we end up going to but are there resources apart from that any of you have found helpful? I'm the oldest and haven't had to think about all this until now.
  21. I would like to know about Pacific! I didn't get to attend the in-person stuff! Also to go back on what I said, NAU is great. I just am talking about that department specifically. I'm from AZ and everyone I know who goes there or went there loved it.
  22. I have a friend who used to work at NAU and who's ex works in the disability department. From what she has heard, the program isn't the most organized, but she did say it's possible it's gotten a lot better over the past few years.
  23. I assumed, but I never assumed it would be that easy at any school really. The faculty definitely seem like they would work with you on things though so that is good!
  24. I can help with any Tucson questions you may have. I know very little about the department about in which you are applying except to say the U of A has really been trying to up their research. I was in the neuroscience department and everything seemed to be growing well while I was there.
